Nick Barber MRICS

Nick has worked in the energy and infrastructure sector for over 15 years. In addition to his work at Infraland, he has held senior positions at national and global property consultancies, undertaking development appraisals, site acquisitions and project sales in the UK and abroad. From a farming and rural property background, he has successfully overseen the development and financing of large scale solar, wind and energy storage projects.

Harry Sturley MRICS

Harry has a background in mapping and surveying, having spent two years at a specialist mapping consultancy before moving into the energy sector. Harry primarily manages the land and grid aspects of Infraland's energy projects, supporting on planning matters where necessary. 

Hannah Salmon MRTPI

Hannah is a chartered town planner with over 18 years' experience in large multidisciplinary planning consultancy and Local Planning Authority roles. Hannah's expertise is in assessing the planning prospects of sites and in advising on and promoting development opportunities through the Development Plan and planning application processes, specialising in Environmental Impact Assessments and environmental team project management. Hannah is also a member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals.

Lydia Freeman

Lydia is a project manager at Infraland and coordinates the planning applications. Alongside these activities, Lydia assists in the discharge of planning conditions and helps assemble the construction packages ready build out.

Henry Brown MRICS

Henry’s expertise lies in the identification and acquisition of land for the development of large scale infrastructure projects. Prior to founding Infraland with Nick, Henry worked for 16 years at a number of international property consultancies, providing advice to large corporate clients on projects ranging from rooftop solar arrays to energy storage and peak power generation schemes. Having a taxation and brokerage background, Henry specialises in arranging financing for projects across the technology spectrum.

Theo Bathurst MEnt

Theo has extensive experience in land identification for low carbon projects and manages Infraland’s business development activities. From a rural background, which has benefited from the deployment of renewables, Theo has a thorough understanding of the development process for new infrastructure projects.
